Help us welcome a new prosciutto to the shop! Made in upstate NY by Cesare Casella, a classically trained Norcini butcher, these legs come only from family farms pasture-raising heritage breed hogs. The result is a sweeter ham, often with intense marbling. We’ll be slicing a fresh leg and giving it a little drizzle of balsamic! Swing by and try a slice.
